Who is Praxium for?
Praxium is for students who want to join a research project and learn by contributing — no prior experience required. We also welcome physicians and researchers who want to mentor student teams without taking on project logistics.
What do students do in a team?
Students accepted onto a research team take on a meaningful part of the work — from literature searching and data organization to writing and presenting findings — with peers and mentors guiding them through each step. No prior research experience is required.
What do physicians contribute?
Physicians lend their clinical and scientific perspective to student teams. You can help shape the research question, guide methods, review findings, and teach research skills. Praxium handles the logistics so your time goes to mentorship and scientific judgment. These roles are voluntary and flexible, and authorship depends on substantive scholarly contribution and applicable standards.
